Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next working day.

4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
UK Mainland
Standard parcels: 1–3 working days
Large/bulk orders (pallets): 2–5 working days
Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
2–7 working days (depending on courier)
International Shipping

All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
5. Delivery Costs
Delivery charges depend on:
Order size and weight
Delivery location
Courier selected
Whether the customer is B2B or B2C
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or provided in your quotation.
SECTION B — B2C (Consumer) Shipping Terms
6. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the parcel:
The courier may leave a card
Attempt redelivery
Or direct the parcel to a local pickup point
Failure to collect parcels may result in them being returned to us.
Re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Consumers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:
Items arrive damaged
Items are missing from the shipment
Packaging appears tampered with

8. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered is correct.
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
SECTION C — B2B (Business) Shipping Terms
9. Pallet Deliveries
For large or bulk wholesale orders:
Delivery may be made via pallet network
Customers must ensure unloading facilities are available
Failed delivery due to missing equipment (e.g., forklift) may incur redelivery charges
10. Delivery Window and Lead Times
Businesses may request timed or same-day services where available.
Additional fees will apply.
11. Risk & Ownership
For B2B customers:
Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection
Ownership passes only after full payment is received
12. Delivery Discrepancies
Businesses must check deliveries upon receipt and report discrepancies within:
24 hours for missing items
48 hours for damaged goods
Claims made outside these windows may not be accepted.
SECTION D — Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK:
Import duties
Customs taxes
Brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs delays may extend delivery times beyond our control.
SECTION E — Failed Delivery Attempts (B2B & B2C)
A failed delivery may occur if:
The address is incorrect
The customer is unavailable
There is no safe place to leave the parcel
Equipment is unavailable for pallet unloading (B2B)
If items are returned to us due to failed delivery:
Reshipping fees will be charged
Refunds may exclude original shipping costs
SECTION F — Lost Parcels
If a parcel appears to be lost:

We will open an investigation with the courier
Investigations typically take 5–10 working days
If confirmed lost, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund
